VH2 Typing Contest 2022

The typing contest is simply a fun activity and everyone who entered had a great time typing and figuring out their Words Per Minute (wpm) scores.

I believe everyone is a winner and I know how proud I felt to take my recently refurbished 1892 Remington 2 out for it first contest!

The following three indivduals scored the highest in each of our three categories:

• Ancient: Diane Maher (1899 Smith Premier 4) - 17 wpm
• Modern Manuals: Dan Timonera (Facit TP1) - 64 wpm
• Electric: Mei Lynne Travis (Smith Corona 6 Series/Medalist) - 46 wpm
